Where is my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel it.

 

Damaged Item Arrival:

Rest assured, we take great care in shipping every item with extra padding to protect it during transit. However, in rare instances (around 1 in 1000 products), damages may occur due to mail service mistreatment. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We'll be delighted to send you a replacement free of charge.
